Patient 11: This is a 41-year old with severe macromastia and associated neck and
back pain. She underwent superior-medial pedicle breast reduction with auto-
augmentation of the breast shape with lower breast tissue normally discarded. She also
had removal of her “bra rolls” on the sides of her breasts and liposuction of her axillary
folds to enhance the appearance of the breasts. These are her 2-month post-operative
photos. She has resolution of many of her symptoms and describes her result as “life-
changing!”
