Breast Lift + Implants Gallery Patient 368552

Patient 15-  26 year old who presented with a congenital breast asymmetry.  She had recently lost 50 pounds on Zepbound which made her asymmetry even worse.  She underwent left breast augmentation in the subfascial plane matching her desired size of 340cc.  Her asymmetry in volume was addressed by downsizing the right implant selection to 310cc.  An internal bra was then placed to prevent recurrent drooping   Next, differential breast lifts were performed.  On the left just a periareolar lift, on the right a full Wise pattern (anchor scar) for skin reduction.  Finally, 44cc of fat grafts were placed to further improve symmetry and shape.  These are her 2-month results.
