Breast Implant Removal Gallery Patient 130812

This 47-year old had a breast augmentation with under the muscle silicone breast
implants and breast lift 4 years earlier with another surgeon and was never happy with how
high the implants were and how large the areola were. An office revision did not improve
things. She presented to Dr. Zenn and just wanted the implants out and a natural appearing
smaller breast. The 300cc implants were removed and the breasts were reshaped with a scar
revision around the areola and skin removal along the breast fold. Volume was replaced with
173ccs of fat grafting under the pectoralis muscle and in the subcutaneous space. These are
her 2 ½ month follow up photos.
