Patient 14 - This 30-year old patient was unhappy with the large size and droopiness of her breasts at such a young age. She did not need a reduction as much as a lift to maintain her desired size with more youthful shape. In one procedure, she had placement of breast implants (265cc size) in the subfascial position, support with Galaflex mesh as an internal bra, and removal of her excessive lower hanging skin (left 257gm, right 251 gm). This are her 2-month results. Notice how the breast surgery conserved her size and improved her shape by substituting implants for her inelastic hanging tissues. Reshaping the breasts have also uncovered the nice curves of her body.
