Breast Reconstruction - Case 34

A 48 year-old woman with delayed reconstruction after bilateral mastectomy. She had a right  breast reconstruction with superior gluteal artery perforator (S-GAP) flap followed 6 months later by a  left breast reconstruction with another superior gluteal artery perforator (S-GAP) flap from the other side.  She had one revision of her reconstruction.  Nipple-areolar reconstruction was performed with Star flap and areolar tattoo.  This is her two-year postoperative result.
