Breast Reconstruction - Case 22

A 43 year-old woman with a delayed reconstruction after mastectomy. She had a reconstruction of the left breast with a muscle sparing free TRAM flap. She had one revision of her reconstruction.  Nipple-areolar reconstruction was performed with nipple sharing from the right and an areolar tattoo.  This is her one-year postoperative result.  She fit well in her clothes and did not desire further correction of shape on the left.
