Breast Reconstruction - Case 15

A 55 year-old woman with delayed reconstruction of the right breast after mastectomy.
She had a right breast reconstruction with supercharged pedicle transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous (TRAM) flap and a left mastopexy for symmetry. Nipple-areolar reconstruction was performed with nipple sharing from the left and an areolar tattoo. This is her 2 year postoperative result from her TRAM flap.
